Delivery Policy

The Delivery Policy Is To Clarify All Delivery Issues

If you order on line and the item is in stock, if ordered before 12am on the day of ordering, we will endeavour to deliver your order for a next day delivery, it will be dispatched on the same day for a 24 hour delivery.

If you order on line and the item is in stock, if ordered after 12am on the day of ordering, we will endeavour to deliver your order for the following day for a next day delivery, 48 hours from ordering.

If you order on line and your item is out of stock, then you will be notified by Email or by customer services, we will either offer you a different item, pre-order the same item for when it does arrive in stock, or cancel your order. We will not send you a replacement item without your authorisation.

If you order on the telephone, you will be given a delivery date by the Customer services representative.

Once your order is dispatched from our premises, we are completely in the hands of our courier company, there are occasions that your order may be delivered late, if this does occur we will try to resolve the delivery issue ASAP, we cannot be held responsible, we cannot guarantee any delivery schedules stated on our website as they are offered by our courier company or freight forwarder who is a 3rd party, only deliveries by our own delivery fleet can be guaranteed.

If you have ordered a multiple item order and some items are not in stock we will contact you to resolve this issue. We may send a part order where possible and the remainder sent when in stock, or we may send the order when complete only, You will be contacted by our customer services department who will help resolve this issue.

You have the option to ask for your delivery to be left and not signed for by the courier company. In this instance we cannot guarantee your item against any loss or damage to your order. You have given 100% permission to leave the goods in the area designated by yourselves and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your consignment. Please be aware of this issue...

We will not give any refunds for any late deliveries, as mentioned in Paragraph 6 we cannot guarantee any deliveries that are dispatched via a courier or haulage company.

We will refund the delivery charge if your consignment does not arrive within 28 days of dispatch, its also at the discretion of customer services to decide on delivery refunds where they see fit.
